My daughters and their friends who stayed over used to stare at a Rocket Lamp (or Lava Lamp) and it calmed them down somewhat before going to sleep. I thought I'd compose some music to go with it to further assist the sleep entry process. One extremely hyperactive girl went out like a light, whereas my youngest complained that the music gave her nightmares. What's a father to do?
